How do we work?
Our coating machines allows us to spray coat 1,2,3 or all 4 sides of timber battens and boards. Our large curtain coater will coat panel products and doors etc up to 1250mm wide with an unlimited length.
Logicoat has loads of racking space to cure your timber finish. We warm, circulate and dehumidify our drying room.
We then carefully pack down all our work with protective wax paper to prevent blocking (sticking) in transit.
With MDF sheets top, bottom and every so often in between to protect your timber, we then wrap in plastic and it’s ready for your carrier to collect, or we can arrange transport on your behalf.
We regularly send coated timber to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
